So what does the council think of the project?

It is an exciting new type of development for Nelson, which was conceptually approved by  Nelson Council last month.   Nelson Council Cr Kate Fulton was fully supportive of this unique affordable housing project, and said, it is a “great proposal and it’s different to a lot of the other ones we had, and quite an exciting thing to come to the table today.”
